[cleaning method]
1. Because the surface is mostly water-insoluble salts and oxides, generally 5% nitric acid is used for immersion, which can achieve the cleaning effect without ultrasonic cleaning;
2. Immerse in 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytical pure solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees. It can have a good effect in the ultrasonic cleaning machine. After immersion, rinse it with filtered deionized water or water for injection to neutral; 3. Soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at about 40 ºC. It can have good effect in ultrasonic cleaning machine. After immersion, rinse the inside and outside with filtered deionized water or water for injection until neutral;
4. Organic pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, and the cleaning effect of cell debris pollution system combined with enzyme is more ideal.
Note: the above methods can be used alone or alternatively.
If conditions permit, the effect can be achieved by combining with ultrasonic cleaning machine.
