A.Product Introduction
This machine is equipped with three processing stations: punching, cutting, and bending. It is controlled by Siemens PLC in Germany and its main function is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. When working, it is only necessary to select the corresponding processing station to cut and punch (round hole, oblong hole), bend horizontally, bend vertically, U-bend, emboss, flatten, twist Fried Dough Twists, press cable joints and other different processes conveniently and quickly. The cutting, punching, and bending stations use 45 # forging material II Main features:
1. The shear station adopts a double column shear structure, with a flat cross-section, no waste, burrs, or collapse angles.
2. The punching station is a six position rotary table, made of ductile iron material technology, without the need for mold replacement, reducing misoperation caused by frequent mold replacement and reducing the rate of mold damage. The turntable is an integral machined part, ensuring absolute alignment between the upper and lower molds, improving the concentricity of the mold, and greatly improving its service life.
3. The bending station adopts a closed bending structure, making it more uniform when processing flat bending and embossing. Greatly improves the accuracy of repeated positioning during batch production.
4. The bending station adopts a double-layer workbench, achieving a true sense of simultaneous operation of three stations without affecting each other.
5. It adopts German Siemens PLC control, bending angle CNC control, and has storage and memory function. Each workstation can be set with automatic shutdown time, saving a lot of electricity expenses for enterprises. The system comes with fine-tuning function, making it more convenient to use.
6. The hydraulic oil tank is welded with 3mm thick steel plates and has undergone phosphating treatment to ensure that the hydraulic oil will not deteriorate after long-term use.
