Product Description

8 cavity -48 cavities preform mould for the prefrom under 38mm neck size.
-The mold has balanced hot runner system with shut off valve gate, ensure there is no any stringing form on the injection gate of the performs.
-The cam roller design help the operator save the maintenance time of the molds.
-The weight of the preform such as 20g, cycle time is 18 Sec with general PET screw injection molding machine, It reaches13 Sec with 3 stage post cooling system.
Cooling System
-Spiral Water Cooling Way on cavity enhances mould cooling.
-Cooling system in neck and move neck plates brings an enhance cooling.
-Precise Distributary Plate distributes cooling water into cavity evenly, quicken preform cooling.
-Hot Runner Balance design ensures evenly force, uniform heating and identical preforms.
