The Z-axis device is used to achieve the up and down movement of the cutting head. After the capacitance sensor on the cutting head detects the distance from the cutting nozzle to the surface of the sheet,
The signal is fed back to the control system, and then the Z-axis motor is controlled by the control system to drive the cutting head up and down, thereby controlling the distance between the cutting nozzle and the plate to remain unchanged, effectively ensuring cutting quality.
The Z-axis adopts high-precision PMI (ball screw) transmission; Linear guide rail guidance, smooth operation and fast response.
Fiber laser
Max fiber laser has high conversion efficiency between electricity and light, with a conversion efficiency of over 32%. The medium power fiber laser adopts water cooling, which can greatly save power consumption during operation, save operating costs, and achieve the highest production efficiency;
When the laser operates, it only requires electrical energy and does not require the generation of additional gas from the laser, with the lowest operating and maintenance costs;
The fiber laser adopts semiconductor modular and redundant design, with no optical lenses in the resonant cavity and no need for startup time. It has the advantages of no adjustment, no maintenance, and high stability, reducing accessory costs and maintenance time, which is incomparable to traditional lasers;

  • Air and water systems





The gas path system of the fiber laser cutting machine consists of two parts, one of which is the cutting gas provided to the cutting head, with clean and dry compression
Air, oxygen, and nitrogen. The other part is auxiliary gas, which is clean and dry compressed air.

High pressure nitrogen enters the cutting head directly through a high-pressure solenoid valve controlled by a high-pressure pipeline, and is equipped with a manually adjustable high-pressure pressure reducing valve. When cutting different plate thicknesses, the nitrogen pressure can be adjusted to save nitrogen consumption
There is not a high requirement for the cutting section, and high-pressure air can be used for cutting. The pipeline is shared with high-pressure nitrogen, and a three-way ball valve is used for switching, which is convenient and fast, and can save the cost of cutting auxiliary gas consumption
The waterway system consists of two parts: one part is the cooling water that comes out of the chiller and enters the laser. After cooling the laser through the internal heat sink of the laser, it returns to the chiller. This part belongs to the low-temperature part; After a portion of the cooling water comes out of the chiller, it enters the QBH through the laser and returns to the chiller.
